Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping.

We will always try to find the best way to ship your order to you, whether it is a single scarf or handbag, or a bulk order. For some customers it means using Thailand Post, which is reliable and economical, and for others U.P.S. is a better option. It all depends on the physical size and relevant weight of the package.

Also, we have an automated shipping calculator built in to our shopping cart, which adds the shipping cost to the price of the article being purchased. Currently we have 11 countries on the list, so if you are from a country outside our list, and you would like to purchase something, please contact us and we will be happy to get back to you with a shipping cost.

One more thing, most of our customers are retail buyers, usually purchasing 1 item at a time. Because our shipping costs are automatically added to the cost of the item, that is fine if you only buy 1 thing. But if you would like 2 or more articles, the shipping cost will be less, and a discount may apply to the products purchased. Please contact us if you have any queries.

If you are in no hurry to receive your order, you could consider using Surface Mail, which is just over half the cost of Economy Air, but takes about 30 days.
